Battered perch
I made these little morsels recently, really quick n tasty. Perch is a great fish for frying, it's meaty in texture like cod. I used an egg batter and served them with a crispy salad #fish #lunch #dinner #mainmeal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, egg and milk in a bowl. Gradually adding the milk and mixing until all lumps removed
* Step 2
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Make sure the fish is dry. Dip in the batter and deep fry in batches until golden brown
* Step 3
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with lemon and whatever you fancy
