Crispy red potatoes with crispy garlic and sage butter

Sometimes the simple recipes are the best. Simple yet so delicious side dish #potatoes #sidedish

Ingredient

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Leaving the skin on, par boil potatoes for about 8 mins or until nearly cooked through in salted water. Leave to cool

Then heat oil and butter in a pan. When butter becomes frothy, add potatoes and sautè on medium to high heat shaking pan frequently

* Step 3

Meanwhile chop garlic and sage. When potatoes are crisping up nicely, about 5-6 mins later, throw in the garlic and sage. Continue shaking the pan and sautè until all cooked at desired crispiness 😁
