Piadina is a type of flat bread made here in Italy. It's a bit different to most flat breads but please use your own, any would work fine. Quick and tasty #stayingathome lunch #lunch #salmon
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and slice courgettes. Dry well and cook in a little oil until browned. Set a side
* Step 2
Put bread in a large pan. Add courgettes to one side
* Step 3
Add salmon on top. Add sauce on the other side. Fold up and through for 2-3 mins, turn once and enjoy 😊
