* Step 1

Mix yeast and water. Put flour in a bowl. Gradually add water and yeast to flour. Mix well

Your mixture should be light and fluffy and resembling cream in texture. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for at least 90 -120 minutes in a warm place

Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Spoon mixture into hot oil. Don't worry if the shape is irregular!!!! Turn frequently and cook until lightly brown. Drain on kitchen paper
