Spicy rice one pan quick weeknight meal

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop chicken and cover with paprika. Chop rest of ingredients. Fry onion gently in olive oil
* Step 2
Add chilli and peppers, Cook for a few minutes. Then add chicken and chorizo. Cook for a few minutes more. Add chopped tomatoes, stir well
* Step 3
Add stock, then rice, stir again. Cover and simmer on low for about 12 mins, stir frequently. Check for salt and check rice is cooked. If not, add a little water and cook a little longer
