Basically, bacon, eggs and rocket. Not much to cook. Cheap and cheerful 😀 #oxfordstudents #salad #eggs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil egg. Peel egg. Wash rocket. Fry pancetta using no oil until browned. Plate up. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar all over. I didn't use salt because the pancetta is salty enough. Enjoy 😀
