This is the closest I've got to ASDA"s giant cookies that we use to get back home! Soft and oh so yummy in the middle with a slightly crunchy outside. Serve with ice cream for a giant summer dessert #summerchallenge3 #dessert #cookies
Ingredient
Food ration :
6 giant cookies
220 g
flour
150 g
sugar
150 g
melted butter
150 g
chocolate chips
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix sugar and butter together until creamy
* Step 2
Add vanilla and baking powder. Mix again
* Step 3
Add egg(s)
* Step 4
Mix with spoon
* Step 5
Add chocolate chips
* Step 6
Using a pastry cutter, measure out your giant cookies
* Step 7
Bake for about 12 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack :)
