If you're from northern Ireland or ever visited it, you'll know you find these in any chip shop. Delicious pasties, ulster style! Nothing like Cornish pasties but just as tasty. Serve with chips of course :) #pasty #mainmeal #dinner #snack
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put mashed potatoes, sausage meat and egg in a bowl. Add salt and pepper
* Step 2
Mix very well
* Step 3
Make the batter. Pour flour in a big bowl, add milk and egg. Whisk well until smooth and full of bubbles. Heat a good amount of frying oil in a pan
* Step 4
Make sure the oil is hot but not too hot otherwise the inside won't cook and the outside will burn. Fry for about 5-7 mins until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and enjoy :)
