This is the salsa verde that I also made for bruschetta a while ago. Lovely in pasta too :) as I explained in that recipe, the traditional salsa verde is too overpowering for me. But this is lovely and light :) #pasta #italian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. In a blender or chopper, whiz up parsley, garlic, lemon and oil
* Step 2
Add salsa to a large bowl. Chop salmon and add it too (no need to cook it)
* Step 3
Drain pasta and add to bowl. Mix well and serve with a drizzle of olive oil :)
