The fried fish or ikan tausi is Sabahan's favourite dish. The homemade sellers' versions are more flavorful compared to the packaged, commercial types.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Oil the heated pan, put in the bitter gourd. Wait until bitter gourd is softened.
* Step 2
Put in the fried fish and salted beans, sesame oil to taste. Stir-fry until beans and fish pieces are evenly distributed. Ready to serve while hot.
