Prawn and sesame toast
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a chopper, whizz up prawns, onion, garlic, ginger, egg white and splash of soy sauce until you have a smooth paste
* Step 2
Beat egg yolk and brush on bread. Put paste on to bread and squish down a bit. Sprinkle sesame seeds all over
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Fry face down first then turn, for about 2 mins until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, finish the other slices, cut in triangles and serve :)
