Pesto and pecorino lasagne
This tasty lasagne can be made quick and easy for a mid week meal, or if you've time make it from scratch for a lovely Sunday lunch. So, if you don't have time to make it from scratch, buy the pesto and bechamel ready made, or if you do see my pasta with pesto recipe and cannelloni recipe for the bechamel :) #pasta #italian #vegetarian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix bechamel and pesto together. Add some passata, bit of salt and mix well
* Step 2
Make your lasagne by layering up the pasta sheets, sauce and pecorino. Continue til you've finished ingredients. Top with more pecorino
* Step 3
Bake at 180 for about 25 mins. Enjoy :)
