Peel, slice and par boil potatoes for no more than 5-6 mins. Drain and cool

* Step 2

Get baking tray ready, layer up your potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of rosemary on each level. Roast at 200 for about 45 mins until golden brown :)
