* Step 1

Peel, chop, wash and dry your potatoes very well. Put in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and rosemary. Crush peppercorns with the back of a spoon on kitchen paper. Add to potatoes. Mix, add to roasting tin and cook at 160 for about an hour. Mixing every now and then :)
