Silverside Fish/Ikan Teri
Another quick and simple recipe for the working mom but yummy and satisfied the family’s tummy. The original recipe is from my mother-in-law but she used anchovy fish (hamsi balığı). Although the taste a a little bit different because of the fish type, it's still giving a delicious result.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, rice flour, seasoning powder, and garlic salt evenly. Coated all the fish with the mixed flour./Campur tepung terigu, tepung beras, bumbu bubuk, dan garam bawang putih secara merata. Lapisi semua ikan dengan tepung terigu.
* Step 2
Prepare the pan, add the oil and arrange the coated fish into the pan. Cook the fish, flip the fish once the bottom side is well cooked. The fish is ready when both sides is cooked./Siapkan wajan, tambahkan minyak dan susun ikan yang sudah dilapisi ke dalam wajan. Masak ikan, balik ikan setelah bagian bawah matang dengan baik. Ikan sudah siap saat kedua sisinya matang.
* Step 3
Silverside fish is ready to serve added by salad, lemon, siracha to add deliciousness./Ikan silverside siap disajikan ditambah salad, lemon, siracha untuk menambah kelezatan. Bon Appetit! Selamat Makan!
