Quick weekday bung-it-in-the-oven dinner
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, dry and cut potatoes. Put in a roasting tray on oven paper. Spray with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 mins.
* Step 2
Give a good mix to the potatoes, then chop up the sausages and throw them in. Add a good sprinkle of thyme. Cook for another 20-25 mins, mixing once or twice
