Italian potato bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, chop and cook potatoes in salted water. Mash them up with a knob of butter and leave to cool
* Step 2
Chop the cheese, ham and salami into small pieces then add to potatoes
* Step 3
Mix it all up super well adding 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste
* Step 4
Add to a greased baking tray and top with breadcrumbs and small knobs of butter. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180
