Khagina (Pakistani breakfast):
It is a spicy and flavorful dish made writh eggs and various spices.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a nonstick pan or wok fry onions for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add capsicum and fry just 30 second or 1 mins then add spices and fry for a few seconds.
* Step 3
Next add beaten eggs and stir well. Keep stirring At regular intervals until eggs are cooked, also break egg in to bits while stirring.
* Step 4
Finally, sprinkle chopped coriander and green chilli Mix well and sear for a few seconds then turn the heat off.
Khagina is ready and serve with toast,bread, Pratha or roti.
