Tuna, Potato and Peas Cutlets
These are a quick fix kind of kabab/cutlet which tastes amazing on it’s own or in a wrap. A perfect starter to any meal, can be served with ketchup or any spicy dip/chutney.

Makes 10 or 12 cutlets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drain the tuna from the can in a strainer and set aside.
* Step 2
Shape round flattened cutlets first cutlets dust in plain flour then Dip each one in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs. Shallow fry on both sides until golden and crispy.
* Step 4
Drain onto dish towels and serve with your favourite dip / sauce
