Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a blender and add 1 cup milk, bread slices and cashews. Blend well until all the cashews and bread slices are mixed together, then set this mixture aside in the blender.
* Step 2
Then take a heavy based pan / kadai and heat 5 cup milk, cream,condensed milk, cardamom powder and stir continuously, making sure everything is combined well without any lumps. Get the milk to a boil and stir it occasionally.
* Step 3
Add 2 Tbsp almonds, 2 Tbsp pistachios, and 1/4 tsp saffron.
boil the milk for 10 minutes or more stirring occasionally.
Keep boiling till the milk reduces to half or thickens.
* Step 4
Add 1/4 cup sugar if required and stir until the sugar dissolves.
boil for another 5 minutes, or until the milk thickens.
* Step 5
Now Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan with parchment paper or any silicon mould and Let it freeze for 7 to 8 hours/overnight.
Now garnish it with chopped pistachio and some edible rose petals if you like.Now your Bread Ice cream is completely ready let it rest for 4-5 mins at room temperature and slices into warm knife and serve chilled.
