Tandoori Lamb Chops:

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add the marinade ingredients into a bowl then mix until a thick paste forms.
* Step 2
Add the lamb chops and cover the masala over the lamb chops evenly then set aside and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes
Once marinated line a large tray with foil and spread the lamb chops in a single layer
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/390°F. For 1 hours.
* Step 3
Remove the foil and flip over the lamb chops then baste the lamb chops with the juices in the tray and bake for a further 20 minutes
Serve immediately.
