Cheesy Meatball Boat:
Meatball sub boats, made from homemade meatballs and homemade pizza dough with cheese. Placed in the oven and served. The outcome is awesome.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
🌻For Dough:
Take a big mixing bowl add 1/2 cup lukewarm water add sugar & yeast whisk well then add oil whisk again. Add flour & salt mix well then Knead well and make a nice soft dough.
* Step 2
🌻Prepare Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine beef,onion,salt, garlic powder, pepper, basil, half of the parmesan, egg, bread crumbs. It works well to squish the mixture with your hands.
Shape the meatballs into balls roughly larger than a golf ball, or desired size.
* Step 3
Coat a large pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides.Set aside meatballs and remove excess grease.
Return the meatballs to the hot pan, add marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
* Step 4
🌻How to make a boat:
Now remove the dough to a floured surface dust some dry flour and Knead it again well & divide the dough 6 equal portions and make a ball shaped cover and set aside about 15-20 mins.
* Step 5
Take a one ball and roll out the dough long Oval shape brush with olive oil and then roll the edges only left and right sides.
press down well.
Press & twist the both end sides well.
* Step 6
Transfer all in Baking tray with parchment paper cover and rest about 15-20 mins.
* Step 7
Bake pre-heated oven to 200°C / 450°F in middle rack 10-15 mins or till nice golden colour or reached your desire colour.
