Take Lemon juice, Sugar and mint leave in a glass or jar.
Muddle it until the leaves have broken down.
Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
Now pour coconut milk over the ice cubes.
Top with sparkling water, mint leaves, and pomegranate.
