Prune & Banana Slices
The date slices I made were so successful and delicious I thought I'd stick with the idea whilst incorporating prunes and bananas that needed using up.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place prunes in juice, chopped bananas, yoghurt and egg into a bowl.
* Step 2
Whisk these wet ingredients together until blended well (I used an electric whisk)
* Step 3
Add all the dry ingredients and vanilla essence.
* Step 4
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a brownie tin.
