Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oil in a pan, then add onion and chili pepper and stir fry
* Step 2
Add in half cooked potatoes and all spices listed above. Add bell pepper and sausage and cover and allow to simmer for 5 mins.
* Step 3
Add in chopped parsley and then serve and enjoy😋😋🤤
