Homemade Tortilla
I made this tortilla at home from scratch and it was so delicious. You can use it to make any recipes that requires tortilla. It was soft.
Ingredient
Food ration :
Makes 5 servings
Cooking time :
30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all together and form a dough. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
After resting, knead again for 2 minutes. Then cut out into 5 pieces and roll till thin and transparent.
* Step 3
Place on a hot pan and roast each side for 30 seconds. Do not over roast.
* Step 4
