Masala potatoes|Fries
This potato masala is much known as aloo masala in South Indian and is commonly served with masala Dosa as a filling. They are perfect side for filling, rice, sandwich, roti rolls (wraps), and they work as a snack too😋
This delicious side dish tastes not only delicious but also aromatic and easy to make.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, cut,wash and fry ur potatoes
* Step 2
Cut your onions and chop parsley and spring onions
* Step 3
In a pot, add oil then add onions. Add in garlic and scotch bonnet and fry till transculent.
* Step 4
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garam masala and curry and mix. Then add in chopped parsley and spring onions
* Step 5
Mix for 3 mins then add fry potatoes and stir for another 2 mins. Turn off heat. Serve and enjoy
