Beef stir-fry
Easy and delicious meals are always the best when hungry.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut your meat into thin long pieces.
* Step 2
In a pot, put the meat, add seasoning cube, salt, onions and water and cook until soft.
* Step 4
Let’s make the sauce. In a bowl, add soy sauce, chili sauce, white vinegar, ketchup and corn starch and mix. Keep aside
* Step 6
In a pan, add oil then add in onions and crushed garlic and scotch bonnet and mix
* Step 7
Add in your veggies and sauce mixture and stir. Add in your ginger and garlic powder and seasoning cube and mix.
* Step 8
Then add in your cooked shredded beef and stir for 5 mins. Then turn off heat.
* Step 9
You can serve with pasta, yam, rice or even bread. I served mine with rice.
