Tuwon shinkafa and miyar wake(Beans soup)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and wash beans and remove the skin. Then cook beans until almost softened. Keep aside
* Step 2
Cook your meat and keep aside also. Grate your tomatoes, scotch bonnet, onions, garlic and tattashe together
* Step 3
In a pot, add palm oil then put in your grated pepper mix and stir.
* Step 4
After 5 minutes, add your cooked meat and beef stock. Add your fish and all seasonings to taste. Allow to boil and add cooked beans.
* Step 5
Allow to cook until softened. Serve and enjoy
