Paneer Paturi

#PP Today I made the Paturi with Lau pata. It tastes equally good with what banana leaf would have tasted

Ingredient

Prep time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the paneer block and cut diagonally to make triangle shape

* Step 2

Soak the spices for 30 mins. Make a paste of mustard seeds, poppy seed, salt and green chiliies. Marinate on paneer

* Step 3

Take Lau pata and wash, roast on fire, drizzle mustard oil and place the marinated paneer, fold and tie with string

* Step 4

In a pan heat mustard oil and place the Paturi, cover to cook for 3 mins each side, set aside, untie string and open the leaf.

* Step 5

Plate on tomato puree and enjoy
