Mangalorian Tulva Chicken Ghee Roast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the chicken and add turmeric powder and salt mix well.
* Step 2
In a pan add mace, whole black peppercorns, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, roast well, add whole red chillies, roast, add chopped ginger and garlic and roast well, add to blender and blend smooth. Add to chicken
* Step 3
Add ginger - garlic paste to chicken
* Step 4
Add ghee and mix well and set aside
* Step 5
In a wok heat ghee, add whole spices of cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms and stir, add sliced onions and cook
* Step 6
Add curry leaves and stir, add marinated chicken and stir well.
* Step 7
When ghee surfaces add sliced green chiliies, tamarind water and whisked yoghurt, mix all well, cook and set aside
