Kokum Coconut curry

#ga24 I made a kokum coconut curry instead of solkadhi

Ingredient

1/4 cup

kokum

1 Tbsp

oil

1/4 tsp

sesame seeds

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak kokum for 30 mins, drain and add to a mixing bowl

In the mixing bowl, add chopped Beetroot, chopped ginger, minced garlic, chopped coriander leaves, coconut milk and black salt. Mix and refrigerate for 1 hr

Stir and strain, add to a bowl

Add to a bowl

For tempering - in a wok heat oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, more green chillies, curry leaves and when sizzles, set aside

Plate with steamed rice and enjoy
