Dadpe Pohe

#ga24 A snack which can be made in a jiffy and is so flavourful. Practically no cooking.

Ingredient

Prep 5 mins, Making and assembling -20 mins
1/2 cup

Pohe

1/4 cup

cold milk

4 Tbsp

oil

2-3

Papad

1 sprig

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add Pohe, chopped onion, chopped raw mango and mix well

* Step 2

Add chopped coriander leaves, and fried curry leaves and mix well

* Step 3

In a wok heat oil and whole red chillies, fry and set aside to crush, fry papad, crush and add to the Pohe.

Add milk slowly and mix and the Pohe should not be soggy.

* Step 5

Plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and crushed papad
