A snack which can be made in a jiffy and is so flavourful. Practically no cooking.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Pohe, chopped onion, chopped raw mango and mix well
* Step 2
Add chopped coriander leaves, and fried curry leaves and mix well
* Step 3
In a wok heat oil and whole red chillies, fry and set aside to crush, fry papad, crush and add to the Pohe.
* Step 4
Add milk slowly and mix and the Pohe should not be soggy.
* Step 5
Plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and crushed papad
