Valentine’s Day is celebrated with my favourite Waffle and I made with Strawberry compote and cream cheese
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 servingsCooking time :
Prep time-5 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
1.5 cups
All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/4 cup
powdered sugar
1 Tbsp
cornflour
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla essence
1/4 cup
oil
1-2 Tbsp
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
melted butter
1/4 cup
strawberry compote
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add dry ingredients of All-purpose Flour, salt, powdered sugar, cornflour and mix well
* Step 2
In another bowl add eggs, melted butter, oil, cream cheese, vanilla essence and mix well
* Step 3
Add the dry into wet ingredients and whisk well
* Step 4
Add strawberry compote and mix well
* Step 5
In a waffle maker grease and add batter, add strawberries Compote and close to make the waffle.
* Step 6
Plate with garnishing strawberries and enjoy 😊
