Apple Kabab on Apple Mint Chutney

#OIN #week1 Apple is such a universal ingredient to use and I made Kabab on Apple - mint chutney. This is a unique twist to usual Kabab. This kabab is savoury & sweet. Very popular in InterContinental Hotel in South London

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Cooking time :

Prep time- 10 mins, Cooking time-25 mins
1/2 cup

Khoya

1/4 cup

Maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For filling - wash green apple and red apple and chop fine. Add chilli flakes, barista and salt and mix well

* Step 2

For outer layer - take khoya and knead well, add Maida and mix well

* Step 3

Make a ball and add 1 tsp apple filling and fold from all sides

* Step 4

In a deep bottomed pan heat oil, and add gently. Fry for 2 mins golden and set aside

* Step 5

Serve on Apple - mint chutney and enjoy 😊
