Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season the tofu with salt and pepper. In a pan add olive oil and bring it to heat. Add a slab of cut tofu and fry for 2-3 mins, set aside

* Step 2

Wash and peel carrot, julienne and add to a bowl, add salt, sugar and vinegar and set aside for 10 mins

Cut avocado and slice

* Step 4

On a slice of bread add julienned carrots, add fried tofu, add sliced avocado on it. Close with other slice

Fold with a parchment paper and cut with a bread knife
