Broccoli & Cheese Soup

Broccoli is a pure wintry veggie and a warm soup is call of the day.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3 servings

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan heat 1 Tbsp oil and add chopped green chilies, minced garlic. Sauté for 2 mins, set aside
* Step 2
In a wok heat butter, add Maida, stir for 2 mins. Add milk slowly while stirring simultaneously to avoid lumps.
* Step 3
Add rest of the milk slowly
* Step 4
Add cheese slice, sautéed chilli & minced garlic, chilli flakes, salt & pepper and stir well
* Step 5
Add blanched broccoli purée, carrots and stir for 3-4 mins. Add water and stir for 1 min, set aside
* Step 6
Plate with drizzling chilli oil, basil and enjoy 😊
