Sandwich when made with wintry veggies in a waffle maker tastes heavenly

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the capsicums of Red, Green and Yellow, Chop them fine and add to a bowl. Add broccoli florets, chopped tomato, corn to it
* Step 2
Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, Tandoori mayonnaise and salt and mix well
* Step 3
Take a slice or bread and apply the mix evenly. Add lot of grated cheese. Close with another slice.
* Step 4
Add to a grease waffle maker and prepare
* Step 5
Plate with Lettuce and cherry tomatoes and enjoy 😊
