Bajra Methi Poori is a Rajasthan cuisine but I chose to serve with Aloo Dum which is from Bengal. A fusion. It’s an ideal wintry cuisine both enjoyed as Breakfast or Tea
Ingredient

Cooking time :
Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Methi leaves and chop fine
* Step 2
In a bowl add the chopped leaves and add Bajra Flour, Ata flour, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ajwain, salt and and mix well
* Step 3
Add little water to make a dough, smear oil and keep it covered for 30 mins
* Step 4
Make balls, roll out the Poori.
* Step 5
In a wok heat adequate oil and fry until golden colour both sides, set aside on a kitchen towel
* Step 6
Serve with your choice of accompaniment. I served with Aloo Dum
