Aflatoon is a famous dessert from Mumbai and one will want to have more than one, it’s so sweet and tasty.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add Sooji and roast on medium flame. Add ghee and keep stirring to roast
* Step 2
Add sugar and stir to melt the sugar. Add milk powder, stir well, add Khoya, and keep stirring.
* Step 3
Add milk and add sugar and keep stirring. Keep the flame to low always. Add nutmeg powder, and cinnamon powder and mix well. Add salt and mix well.
* Step 4
In a separate pan add 1 Tbsp ghee and add chopped dry fruits and roast for 1 min, set aside
* Step 5
In a greased baking tin place the Aflatoon. Press with the back of a ladle and garnish with roasted dry fruits, press lightly and refrigerate to set for 1 hr.
* Step 6
Cut into a rectangle shape and plate.
