During Diwali there are many traditional, common type snacks which lot of us enjoy but sometimes I feel to give those snacks a passé and go for something healthy and different. I made Dahi ke Gullar today. Let’s try these for a change and I assure you, you will not regret

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, place hung curd. Add gram flour, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, cumin powder, black salt, and salt, mix well
* Step 2
Take a ladle of the batter and place it on breadcrumbs and form a shape of your choice.
* Step 3
In a pan heat adequate oil and take a ball and add to the oil gently, on medium flame fry until golden in colour. Set aside
* Step 4
Plate with onion rings and green chilies and enjoy
