Aloo Chaat or any Chaat’s are major attractions during Diwali. Infact Chaat’s can be enjoyed any time of the year
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles, depressurise and drain, cut into cubes and set aside
* Step 2
In a wok heat oil, add potatoes and on medium flame fry until golden. Set aside
* Step 3
In a big bowl add fried potatoes, add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped ginger, Chaat Masala and mix well
* Step 4
Add lime juice and some more Chaat Masala and mix well.
* Step 5
Plate with pomegranate seeds for garnish and a sprig of coriander leaves
