Pan fried pork chops

I grew up with my mom cooking these all of the time.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
2 tablespoons

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash off pork chops

* Step 2

Put butter and lemon juice in pan and put it on medium heat

* Step 3

Season both sides of pork chops with all the seasonings

* Step 4

Put bell peppers and garlic in pan with the butter and lemon juice and put pork chops on top

* Step 5

Cook on medium and flip over when that side is done

* Step 6

Cook until done.
