Three envelope slow cooked pork roast with veggies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a slow cooker add pork roast and place potatoes, garlic and carrots around it and pour water over vegetables
* Step 2
Sprinkle all 3 seasoning Packs over roast and vegetables
* Step 3
Place pepperoncinis and sliced butter all over the top and sprinkle with parsley
* Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
* Step 5
Remove roast and shred or slice. Pour some of of the cooking liquid over pork and enjoy with the carrots and potatoes.
