It’s National Nutrition week and we must remember to take nutritious food all the time for all meals, not just breakfast or one particular meal. The meal should be balanced with adequate nutrition meaning carbohydrates, fat, protein, iron and all elements. I made Millet Dosa for breakfast today which is healthy and has fibre in the form of millet alongwith Dal. I served with Green chutney
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-50 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add Urad Dal, Millet, flattened rice, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and rock salt, and blend to a fine powder
* Step 2
Add green chilies, yogurt, and 1/2 cup water and blend smooth. Cover for 30 mins
* Step 3
Add 1/2 cup of water to make a battery consistency.
* Step 4
In a Dosa pan heat and add a ladle of the batter, spread with the back of the ladle evenly and thin, and add 1 tsp oil all around.
* Step 5
Flipside and fry for 1 min, fold to half, and set aside.
* Step 6
Plate with Chutney and enjoy 😊
