Creamy Cheesy Pumpkin Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel, cut Pumpkin into small 1” cubes. Add to a bowl, add chopped onion, minced garlic, vegetable broth, water, salt and black pepper powder
* Step 2
Bring it to medium flame heat for 10 mins, add grated cheese, set aside
* Step 3
Use a hand blender to blend smooth, add 1/4 cup cream. Don’t add cream when soup is boiling, soup will curdle
* Step 4
Pour to a serving bowl, drizzle cream, add roasted pumpkin seeds, chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and enjoy 😊. Serve with bread
