Mushroom Cutlet

#MSR Mushroom cutlet is a great recipe to enjoy during rainy day. I did just that

Ingredient

Maida slurry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the mushrooms and add to blender, coarsely grind, set aside

Boil potatoes, drain, peel and grate, set aside

* Step 3

In a wok heat 2 Tbsp oil, add chopped onions. Fry until translucent, add ginger-garlic paste, fry until golden in colour, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mix well, add salt, add grated mushrooms and mix well. Water should dry up.

* Step 4

Add grated potatoes and mix well. Add lime juice and set aside to cool.

Make a dough ball and make cylindrical shape.

In a bowl make a Maida slurry with 4-5 Tbsp Maida, water, dip the cutlets in the slurry and place on breadcrumbs, coat well, set aside to fry

In a wok heat rest of the oil and on medium flame place the cutlets to fry. Fry half of it and set aside. Place all of them in turns into the wok and deep fry, set aside

Plate with onion rings, green chillies and lime wedges. Enjoy the rainy day
