Mango Jelly

#NVM One of the most popular way to enjoy Mango as it’s till available and making most of it is better. This jelly is very popular in North India

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time -1hr
1/2 cup

mango cubes

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

water

3 Tbsp

Agar Agar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease moulds with oil and set aside

* Step 2

Wash mangoes and cube them, add to a blender and make a purée

* Step 3

In a pan add the purée, and sugar and bring it to boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar, add water and stir well, to get rid of lumps, add agar agar and stir well, set aside

* Step 4

Pour into the moulds and bring it to room temperature

Refrigerate for 1 hr, put in warm water to help in demoulding. Demould.

Garnish with Tuti Frutti and enjoy 😊
