Garlic Butter Chicken Eggdrop Sandwich

#HBR Kids love Sandwich not only as breakfast but any meals or as snacks too. I made this Korean dish with Garlic Butter Chicken Eggdrop - all are full of nutrition for a good health

Ingredient

Brioche bread

2 Tbsp

cornflour

As Per Taste

Salt & Pepper

Oil to fry

2 Tbsp

Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp

Soya sauce

2-3 Tbsp

minced garlic

2-4 Tbsp

milk

As Required

Cheese slices

As Required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take Brioche bread and slice, smear with butter on each side. In a pan roast them until crisp, and set aside.

* Step 2

In a bowl add Cornflour, All-purpose Flour, salt, and pepper and mix well, add chicken boneless slices and smear well.

* Step 3

In a pan heat adequate oil and add the chicken, on medium flame fry 2-3 mins on each side until crispy, and set aside.

* Step 4

In the same pan heat butter, add minced garlic and on low flame fry for 2 mins, add fried chicken and add soya sauce and toss, set aside.

* Step 5

In a bowl beat eggs, add milk, and with a fork beat but not very well. In a pan heat butter and add the egg. After 1 min gradually with a slotted spoon bring the egg to the center and spread the rest of the egg, bring it to the center Egg Drop is ready, set aside.

* Step 6

For the sauce - in one bowl add condensed milk and mayonnaise and mix - the sweet sauce is ready.

* Step 7

In another bowl add Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise and the Hot sauce are ready.

* Step 8

Assemble - on the toast add cheese slices, add lettuce, add fried chicken, add tomatoes, and egg drops and fold with parchment paper, drizzle sauce of two kinds, and plate.
