Eggless Sponge Cake

Ingredient

butter

1 Tbsp

oil

2 Tbsp

curd

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/4 cup

semolina

1.5 cups

Flour

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add butter, oil, whisk well. Add condensed milk, whisk well, add powdered sugar and whisk well to make it fluffy

* Step 2

Add curd, vanilla essence and whisk well.

* Step 3

Add semolina, sieve flour and whisk well

* Step 4

In a separate bowl add oil, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

* Step 5

Add this mix to the cake mix and whisk well, incorporating all. Add milk and give a final whisk

* Step 6

Pour into a cake tin lined with parchment paper

* Step 7

Pre heat the oven to 180 deg C and place the cake tin. Bake for 40 mins and check doneness with toothpick, set aside to cool completely

* Step 8

Plate and enjoy the softest Eggless Sponge cake.
